A fundraising party is an effective (and fun) way to increase your fundraising by bringing Cure on Wheels to life for your contributors. Your donors are more likely to sponsor you at a higher level once they have a better understanding of what Cure on Wheels is all about. Your contributors will discover what a huge commitment you are making and how their contributions will support the Moffitt Cancer Center.

Decide on the type, date and location of your party. Use your imagination or try one of the following: wine tasting, dinner party, appetizers & drinks, coffee & dessert, spin-a-thon, cookout, casino night, auction, poker night or golf outing. Many companies that specialize in merchandising through home sales are happy to pass on a percentage of your sales to a charity of your choice. Please let us know if you have success with other types of parties to help with your fundraising. Give your guests the opportunity to donate that night. Provide credit card forms for those who would prefer to donate by credit card. For those guests who may wish to donate later design pamphlets or cards with instructions on how to donate at a later time.
