Cure on Wheels, Inc. is the sole owner of both the personal information collected on this site and the contact information of your sponsors. Cure on Wheels, Inc. will not sell, share, or rent this information to others.

eGifts
When making an eGift through our site we will ask for your home address and email address. Your email address is used solely for the purpose of sending you a confirmation of your gift. You will not receive any additional email correspondences from Cure on Wheels, Inc.  We acknowledges gifts of $250 or more by letter. Your home address will be used for this purpose only.

Security
Cure on Wheels, Inc. takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When a registration/eGift form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry- SSL.

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off line. Our software and hardware is configured to provide maximum security.

Cookies
The Cure on Wheels site uses cookies to track traffic coming to our site. We do not collect personal data such as name, age, phone number, e-mail, or mailing address. Cookies will be used to identify a person who chooses to register on our site. This information will be used to provide you with information appropriate to your interests when you visit our site (rider, volunteer, sponsor, etc.) You will always have a chance to opt out at any time.

Refund Policy
Cure on Wheels, Inc. is a non-profit corporation and has approved 501(c)(3) status with the IRS. While all donations are tax deductible, neither donations nor registration fees are refundable.

Liability Disclaimer

Cure on Wheels, Inc. does not provide liability insurance for the protection of individuals, groups, organizations, businesses, spectators, or others who may participate in the event.

Cure on Wheels on Wheels, Inc. assumes no liability for any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by any individual(s) or equipment participating in the event.  This disclaimer extends and applies to, and also covers and includes, all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss and liability and the consequences thereof, as well as those now disclosed and known to exist which hereafter may be sustained by participating in the event.

There are risks involved and hazards connected with this event.  The participant elects to voluntarily participate in said activity with full knowledge that said activity may be hazardous to their property or themselves.  The participant voluntarily assumes full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death, which may be sustained by the participant, or any loss or damage of property owned by the participant, as a result of participating in the event.

By registering for this event, the participant acknowledges that he/she has read and fully understood the above disclaimer and agrees to its contents.
