Situated on Lake Jovita in Saint Leo, Saint Leo University (SLU) is the perfect summer setting. With gently rolling hills as a backdrop, the lovely campus is the perfect place to end a day of riding.  It fills, over the course of Saturday afternoon, with riders and volunteers. The sound of music and the smell of an open pit barbeque accompany the scene. There are showers, lockers, a huge swimming pool and even golf and tennis (if you have the energy) to help revive the riders.  Having completed between 65 and 105 miles of cycling, the riders, while fatigued, are upbeat and emotional about their day. Volunteer responsibilities run the gamut from room assignment and luggage to massage therapy and site beautification.
